Peacefully located off a private drive in the heart of 1066 Country, with far reaching views to the
South Downs and the coast, The Dairy and The Old Parlour are situated in the grounds of a 350 acre working farm which primarily produces prime beef, with a small amount of corn. It is also the home of a pony stud which breeds top class show ponies. |
The farm has 3.5 acres of fishing lakes well stocked with a variety of coarse fish, and approximately 10 acres of woodland where bluebells and primroses bloom profusely in the spring.
A good range of restaurants, farm shops and pubs serving food are nearby. A Post Office, shop, petrol station and Mini Mart are located within 1 mile. |
